Glenn Dunn has been in the Fitness Industry since 1983 and currently is the president andoperator/owner of Train To Attain, Inc., which has been in business since 1994. He has been trained personally by some of the world’s best athletic coaches, specializing in strength training and becoming a world-class trainer himself. Attending many national and world fitness conferences, he keeps up to date with current research and maintains cutting-edge knowledge of the fitness industry.
Glenn’s Medical Exercise Specialist certification by the American Academy of Health, Fitness & Rehabilitation Professionals (AAHFRP) helps bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness. He is a level 3 Certified Personal Trainer by Health and Tennis Corporation Of America (HTCA) and has trained and consulted with thousands of people from all walks of life -- from a six-time world title boxing champ to children who want to be champions; and from competitive athletes to recovering illness and injury patients desiring the strength to get up out of a chair.
Glenn is also a nationally acclaimed author and speaker on health, fitness, lifestyle change and owning a profitable and successful fitness center. His book The Dunn Deal Personal Training Revolution is aimed at turning ordinary personal trainers into Professional Personal Trainers -- skilled beyond typical certifications to EDUCATE and INSTRUCT their clients toward the best possible healthy lifestyle!

Jack Harris
Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA
Jack Harris joined the TTA Team in January 2008. He is a Certified Fitness Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). He is a 16 year veteran of the Martial Arts business and holds the rank of 4th degree in both Karate and Jiu Jitsu. He focuses on strength, balance and stretching with all his clients, and works well with all age groups. He believes that a combination of high intensity strength training, cardio, and proper nutrition is the key to getting fit and staying that way. |

Shannon Harris
Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA
Shannon Harris is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). He works with clients of all ages, training with an emphasis on strength, improving their aerobic capacity, balance, and flexibility. He is also qualified for post injury rehabilitation and is certified in CPR/AED First Aid. |

Michelle Andrea Ruth
Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA
Nutritional Consultant
Michelle has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. She won the 1991 Middleweight National Championship Title and continued as an active IFBB Professional Athlete for several years. Her experience includes: circuit strength training, weight training, nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning exercises, stretching, team and competitive sports conditioning, and fitness program design. She now devotes her life to helping others, young and old, to obtain health and a better quality of life through fitness activities and whole food nutrition.
Michelle will teach you what a little extra time and attention can do to enhance your physical, mental and emotional quality of life. Whether you are a new member looking to learn the basics of exercise and nutrition, or a seasoned athlete searching for the next level, Michelle can design a program to help you reach you fitness goals. |
